Recruitment Process

Our team relies on a stringent procedure where a series of essential measures are being carried out in selecting the most suitable candidates for our clients. The recruitment process, seen below, offers you a glimpse of our work flow:

  • Our team schedules an interview session with client in order to understand client’s needs and requirements
  • Sourcing for suitable candidates from reliable foreign suppliers based on specifications given by client
  • Once the candidate database is updated, in-depth analysis will be carried out to match client’s request with available workers
  • Conducting background screening, verification of qualifications and interview before presenting suitable candidates’ portfolios to client
  • Arranging for shortlisted candidates to be interviewed by their prospective employers
  • When client decides to hire any of the candidates, we assist in the preparation of Work Permit Application and submit the application form via the MOM portal
  • Upon obtaining In-Principle Approval, our team makes arrangement for selected candidates’ to depart from their home country and enter Singapore
